First off, thanks for all of this positive feedback last week as we released our first video for the website. It’s something that Jared and I have had planned, but just now getting around to it!

Here’s what we plan on doing for dinner this week!
What you’ll soon find out is once we find something we like, we tend to eat it over and over. ? This week is full of new recipes too though!! We LOVE Cassy Joy’s Fed & Fit’s recipes, so you will see a lot of her stuff here and you will not be disappointed! They turn out every time!
Monday:Â Leftovers – chicken apple sausages, roasted sweet potatoes and broccoli
Tuesday: Paleo Mongolian Beef with white rice. New recipe this week and excited to try it out!
Wednesday: Simple Not Chili Soup (Making IP)
Thursday: Salsa Chicken Tacos with Siete tortillas (IP)
Friday: Paleo Thai Red Curry Soup over white rice – Ended up not fixing this last week… Life. So, trying it this week! (IP)
Saturday: Leftover night!
Sunday:Â Slow Cooker Cranberry Pork Shoulder over mashed potatoes (Making IP)
