This past week was our first week on the Whole30! Here’s a video on what I thought about it……
I decided to do this week’s meal plan a little different.
I am going to be posting the past week’s meal plan because honestly, it was done a whim ? and I wanted to be able to post some good meals and tell you some adaptations I possibly made!
Meal Plan Monday
Monday: Aidell’s chicken and apple sausages, roasted carrots and brussel sprouts with a side of watermelon
Tuesday: Hamburgers with tomato, bacon, lettuce, avocado, mustard, caramelized onions all with a side of fried sweet plantains
Wednesday: Loaded sweet potato with fajita chicken, onions, peppers, salsa and avocado
Thursday: Mongolian Beef with stir fry veggies and cauliflower rice
Friday: Barbacoa done in the IP (replaced butter for ghee) over sweet fried plantains with salsa and avocado
Saturday: Hamburgers with tomato, bacon, lettuce, avocado, mustard, caramelized onions all with a side of nectarine and green beans
Sunday: Pulled pork over sweet potatoes o’brien with salsa and avocado
