Happy Mother’s Day to all the Momma’s out there!!
Hope you all had a great day doing whatever you wanted to do! I asked for one thing, to let me SLEEP! ? When you haven’t slept a full night since who knows when (night weaning this weekend, keep us in your prayers! lol), you just want to sleep in.
I may haven’t gotten to sleep in until as long as I could’ve but it sure was nice not having to jump out of bed as soon as the first kid wakes up!
This week I wanted to keep the meals simple. Both Jared and I are slammed with our business ventures and I need to make sure the meals are quick. The good thing though is that they are going to be fast, but healthy and always yummy!!
Meal Plan Monday
Monday: IP Chicken Yum Yum, rice and roasted asparagus
Tuesday: Crockpot pork tenderloin, roasted carrots and spinach salad with the new Tessemae’s creamy ranch!
Wednesday: IP whole chicken with potatoes and roasted asparagus
Thursday: Fajita chicken thighs over turmeric garlic rice with caramelized onions and peppers
Friday: Fed and Fit’s carnitas (with tenderloin instead!) stuffed potatoes with roasted broccoli
Saturday: Family over!
Sunday: Shopping day!
